About us
Crystaline is a local IT Software Development, Server Hardware & Software delivery, implementation, and Business Intelligence Consulting Company that has been in operation since 2007, initially as a Partnership Consulting business under the Business Names act, and from early 2010 as a Limited Company.
Our focus has been on developing and supporting IT solutions mainly for the banking & financial services sector as well as health sector, ranging from Promotions, Electronic Lottery, Complaints and IVR Management systems with Email, SMS and Voice interactions, as well as hospital and medical scheme management systems. We have recently extended our services to government and insurance.
The Role
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for implementing Crystaline’s Sales plan in alignment with our business development strategy, negotiating and closing sales deals within our target Client Base.
You will primarily focus on selling Software development services & solutions, Shortcode (SMS/USSD/IVR) Services and sourcing IT Hardware/Software Supply Contracts. You should be willing to join a small but rapidly growing dynamic and highly motivated team.
Key Result Areas:
- Developing Sales Pipeline
- Manage Key Client Relationships
- Prepare Proposals and review contracts with Clients
- Perform periodic market surveys to assess customer needs and wants and report back to Business/Product Development team for further action
- Summarize weekly activity, reporting compliance with goals
- Constantly informs himself/herself about market trends and changes
- Based on good understanding of the customers’ business and external market, helps clients to realise their needs and advises on solutions accordingly.
- Drive sales in line with product segment targets
- Lead & motivate the Marketing Officers
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of B2B Sales experience in the IT Sector.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business, IT, Management, or Marketing fields.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Good Report Writing Skills
- Proven ability to secure see deals through to closure.
