Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Reports to Hotel Manager
  • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted tasks and of working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and guest relations skills.
  • Attention to detail, creative and resourceful.
  • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Personable and pleasant to deal with manage with humility and guest driven. Discreet, reliable, polite and diplomatic.
  • Honest, friendly and approachable.
  • Positive “can do” attitude and flexible approach. Motivated, passionate and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
  • Good health physically fit. Good personal grooming and personal presentation.
  • Understands and respects local cultural, able to adapt to changing environment.
Skills Required
  • Knowledgeable in computer programs
  • Good commands of English
  • Understanding of human psychological aspects
  • Outstanding inter personal skills to all levels of employees
  • Sound commands of leadership
  • Understanding finance for non-finance executives
  • Strong relationship with external related parties
Work Experience
  • Preferable prerequisite is knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry
