Due to further expansion, we are inviting suitably qualified ambitious professionals to apply for the various positions listed below to be based in Lusaka:

1.       Credit Controller

Job description summary:

To oversee the collection of debt and reconciliation.

Requirements:

Full or Final Level of CIMA/ACCA/ZICA
Experience with SAP Accounting will be an advantage
Minimum of 3 years work-related credit control experience
Must be a member of ZICA

2.       Accountant

Job description summary:

An Accountant is an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business. The Accountant is predominantly responsible for assisting the finance department. The work will include basic book keeping activities, working with sales and purchase ledgers and running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct.

Requirements:

Hold an accountancy qualification
Minimum 3 years work experience in a microfinance institution
Member of ZICA

3.       Call Centre Manager

Job description summary:

The manager of a call center (also called a contact center) is responsible for the daily running and management of the center through the effective use of resources.

They have responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, customer service targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development. Call center managers ensure that calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner.

Call center managers liaise with businesses for which they provide the first response, as well as the third parties who supply products to the center. They coordinate and motivate call center staff and may manage staff recruitment.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience with a strong corporate background
Candidate that has a Bachelor degree in relevant field.

4.       Client Relationship Advisor (x4)

Job description summary:

The Client Relationship Advisor will have a role in managing financial needs to customers achieving business results through customer acquisition. The CRA primary responsibility is the development of a portfolio of customers across a range of large scale enterprises, institutions, and public and private sector entities.

As an ambassador for the company, the CRA is a visible representative in cultivating referral and prospecting opportunities. This person utilizes their strong interpersonal and communication skills, credibility and presence to inspire others, build critical partnerships and cultivate relationships both inside and outside the business. This role is responsible for compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate will have 2-3 years’ work experience with a strong microfinance finance background.
Candidate that has a Bachelor in Banking and Finance/Marketing.

5.       Call Center Agent (x4)

Job description summary:

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Requirements:

Professional diploma or equivalent with experience in a call center or customer service     environment
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, call center telephony and technology
Good data entry and computer skills.

6.       Bank Teller

Job description summary:

Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing cheques; issuing savings withdrawals; referring to other bank services.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years work experience in a microfinance institution or commercial bank as a Teller or equivalent.

7.       Customer Care Officer

Job description summary:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate will have 2-3 years of Retail Banking experience with a strong customer service background
Candidate that has a diploma in Sales/Marketing or relevant qualification.
